This spacious newly built villa, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offers its guests a luxurious and comfortable holiday. The entire house is luxuriously furnished and has a ceiling height of 4 meters, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. The beautiful French doors with shutters smoothly integrate the inside of the villa with the large veranda and the private swimming pool.
Luxury kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, 2 combi ovens, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with ice maker with delicious ice-cold water, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and more.
The living room
In the living room there is a large TV with all kinds of world channels (NL, German, USA, Sport etc), and a Harman Kardon sound system that you can use from your smartphone and easily stream music to. A good WiFi connection is of course available throughout the house.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds. The 2 bedrooms at the rear have French doors that give a wonderful view of the pool and the sea when you get up in the morning. Each bedroom has its own automatic air conditioner.
Each bedroom has 4 windows with mosquito nets and shutters, so you can enjoy a breath of fresh air during the day and make it as dark or light as you wish at night. In addition, the bedrooms all have a spacious closet with multiple coat hangers, extra closet space by means of tableau / dressing table, safe and of course air conditioning. Adjacent to each bedroom is a luxurious bathroom (marble design) with toilet, rain shower and hair dryer.
There is parking for 2 cars behind the remote controlled gate. In addition, both the house and the garden are secured by means of an alarm system connected to a control room that can also be activated in case of medical emergencies. The entire outdoor environment of this new villa is automatically illuminated in the evening and night. And then the veranda! This is extra large, no less than 17 meters wide, with a stately wide staircase that continues directly into the stairs in the pool. There are 2 lovely designer lounge sets on the veranda where you can spend great hours and a table of 4 meters in length with 10 seats to enjoy dining, drinks and above all to chat about your experiences of the day. In the garden around the private swimming pool you can sunbathe on the sunbeds or relax on the sofa on the veranda. Moreover, there is a lovely palapa at the back of the garden to retreat to the lounge set there. There is also an outdoor shower and luxury toilet in the garden. You have sea views everywhere from the garden and from the veranda.
In the villa there are plenty of luxury towels and extra large beach towels as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board that you can use for free. Of course, a lot of attention is paid to hygiene, the villa is kept clean by a professional cleaning team.
The villa is located within walking distance (300m!) From Jan Thiel beach with its famous nightlife, restaurants, shops and beach bars.
Mambo Beach and Willemstad can be reached within 15 minutes, Hato airport within 20 minutes.
Curaçao offers with its 65 pristine dive sites, 35 (secluded) beaches, many entertainment options and the rich local cuisine, something for everyone and an unforgettable experience. It is not without reason that many tourists keep coming back. After all, Curaçao has everything and especially sun all year round!
